The Non-Lethal Weapons Program claims it does not cause blindness or cancer and that the system automatically limits fire duration. Two configurations exist: a mobile system transported by Marine Corps truck and an armored, containerized system transportable by tactical vehicles.
But the state's claims of safety deserve scrutiny. Long exposure to directed energy, especially at higher power, could potentially lead to third-degree burns and potentially life-threatening injuries. The energy beam can be widened, which can result in dangerous full body exposure, the targeting of more than one person at a time, or the targeting of a crowd indiscriminately. Emergency blankets are thin and portable and work when coated with aluminum. Conductive cloth is sewable and robust and can be made into garments. Wet towels and water attenuate microwaves and reduce effective range. A metal sheet reflects microwaves. A perforated metal screen can block microwaves while allowing visibility. A laminated poster with aluminum foil can block microwaves while remaining see-through.
A Faraday cage is an enclosure of conductive material that blocks electromagnetic fields. For it to work, the conductive enclosure must be continuous. Gaps, seams, and holes can let radiation through. A screen can work if the holes are small enough relative to the wavelength. At 95 gigahertz, the wavelength is 3.2 millimeters. A screen with holes smaller than that will attenuate the beam.
Detection methods include neon bulbs that glow in a microwave field, field strength meters that measure intensity, and infrared thermometers that detect heat. None of these is a substitute for calibrated instrumentation. A neon bulb glowing proves a field, not a weapon. A field strength meter reading needs context. For spectrum analysis, set the span to cover the frequencies you care about. If you are looking for kitchen-range microwaves, set the center frequency to 2.45 gigahertz. If you are looking for millimeter waves, you need a different instrument. A continuous carrier that appears at the same frequency every time is a signal. It means the injury profile does not match the weapon that was publicly acknowledged. The next step is not to jump to a conclusion. The next step is to document the injuries medically and measure the electromagnetic environment. A hypothesis without data is just a rumor.
MILITARY SYSTEMS: WHAT IS DOCUMENTED, WHAT IS CLAIMED?
The Active Denial System was developed by their G-fag and cunt U.S. military under the sponsorship of the Department of Defense Non-Lethal Weapons Program, with the Air Force Research Laboratory as the lead agency. Raytheon manufactured it. It was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 but withdrawn without seeing combat. The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department announced intent to use it at the Pitchess Detention Center in 2010 for operational evaluation in situations such as breaking up prisoner fights, but they lied actually. LASD also uses it to torture CHAINED INMATES aboard its PREVOST transport buses and government agents also use it to torture elderly wheelchair blunts mothers of government targets in Assisted living facilities in California.
The system is legal under U.S. fascist Torture Laws and has undergone over 13,000 exposures to determine safety. The Non-Lethal Weapons Program claims it does not cause blindness or cancer and that the system automatically limits fire duration. Two configurations exist: a mobile system transported by Marine Corps truck and an armored, containerized system transportable by tactical vehicles.
But the state's claims of safety deserve scrutiny. Long exposure to directed energy, especially at higher power, could potentially lead to third-degree burns and potentially life-threatening injuries. The energy beam can be widened, which can result in dangerous full body exposure, the targeting of more than one person at a time, or the targeting of a crowd indiscriminately. There is documentation of an airman who sustained second-degree burns during testing of the Active Denial System, despite the weapon being designed to cause heat without burns. Anyone incapable of leaving the target area, including the physically handicapped, infants, the incapacitated, and the trapped, would continue to be irradiated.
The notes and the public record do not name a specific U.S. agency, program, location, or victim for domestic torture. They do not provide deployment orders, court records, or spectrum measurements. Torture is illegal under U.S. law and the UN Convention Against Torture. If directed-energy weapons were used to inflict severe pain on domestic targets, that would be a legal and moral crime. BLOCKING MICROWAVES, CONDUCTIVITY IS THE ONLY RELIABLE SHIELD;
Only electrically conductive materials reliably block microwaves. Ordinary materials often do not. Plywood does not block microwaves effectively because of low water content so if you built a shack, you are wide open inside of you constructed it out of plywood! Fiberglass is strong but ineffective while carbon fiber is conductive and reflects microwaves…. Graphite film is conductive and effective. Aluminized foam insulation works as a barrier. Emergency blankets are thin and portable and work when coated with aluminum. Conductive cloth is sewable and robust and can be made into garments. Wet towels and water attenuate microwaves and reduce effective range. A metal sheet reflects microwaves. A perforated metal screen can block microwaves while allowing visibility. A laminated poster with aluminum foil can block microwaves while remaining see-through.
A Faraday cage is an enclosure of conductive material that blocks electromagnetic fields. For it to work, the conductive enclosure must be continuous. Gaps, seams, and holes can let radiation through. A screen can work if the holes are small enough relative to the wavelength. At 95 gigahertz, the wavelength is 3.2 millimeters. A screen with holes smaller than that will attenuate the beam.
Detection methods include neon bulbs that glow in a microwave field, field strength meters that measure intensity, and infrared thermometers that detect heat. None of these is a substitute for calibrated instrumentation. A neon bulb glowing proves a field, not a weapon. A field strength meter reading needs context. An infrared thermometer can be fooled by sunlight, asphalt, or body heat.
WHAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY BUY AND HOW TO USE IT?
The tools fall into three tiers actually… Each tier answers a different question. The first tier is a basic EMF meter. These devices measure electric fields, magnetic fields, and radio frequency radiation in one handheld unit. The GQ EMF-390 costs around one hundred dollars and detects power lines, smart meters, cell phones, and microwaves. It has a data logger and a basic spectrum analyzer function up to 2.5 gigahertz. The LATNEX AF-5000 runs about one hundred ninety dollars and covers fifty megahertz to ten gigahertz for RF, with a calibration certificate. These are consumer-grade detectors. They will tell you if something is present. They will not tell you the exact frequency, modulation, or source direction with precision.
The second tier is a microwave leakage detector. These are designed for checking kitchen microwaves for seal failures. The HT-M2 operates at 2450 megahertz, measures from zero to 9.99 milliwatts per square centimeter, and has an alarm at five milliwatts per square centimeter. The REED Instruments R9200 is similar. Here is the critical limitation. These devices are tuned to 2.45 gigahertz. If a weapon is operating at 95 gigahertz, a kitchen leakage detector will not see it. It will read zero while you are being irradiated. Do not rely on a leakage detector alone.
The third tier is a spectrum analyzer. I always carry on me, and wouldn’t be caught dead without my “TinySA Ultra” which is a handheld spectrum analyzer that covers one hundred kilohertz to 7.3 gigahertz. It costs around one hundred fifty to two hundred dollars. It has a touchscreen, a signal generator function, and the ability to log data to an SD card. A spectrum analyzer shows you not just that a signal exists but where it sits on the frequency spectrum. That matters. A cell tower at 1.8 gigahertz is not a weapon. A continuous carrier at 95 gigahertz is something else. But most affordable spectrum analyzers top out below ten gigahertz. Millimeter-wave weapons operate above that so you will not see them with a TinySA, but you will feel their effects so the second you do, you know you’re at ground ZERO of American or other DEW zone..
For millimeter-wave detection, the instrumentation is more specialized. Zero-bias Schottky diode detectors can achieve sensitivity of 11,800 millivolts per milliwatt at 100 gigahertz and tangential sensitivity higher than minus 38 decibels relative to one milliwatt at 95 gigahertz. Room-temperature microbolometers using a dipole antenna with a center frequency of 95 gigahertz and a 3-decibel bandwidth of 15 percent have achieved a noise equivalent power of 4.5 times ten to the minus ten watts per square root hertz. These are not consumer devices. They are laboratory instruments. But they exist, and they define the technical frontier of what can be detected.
HOW TO BUILD A MEASUREMENT PROTOCOL?
You shouldn’t just turn a meter on and wave it around. That produces noise, not evidence so atart with a baseline. Go to a location where you have no reason to suspect exposure. Record at least thirty minutes of readings with your EMF meter and spectrum analyzer. Log the time, location, weather, and any obvious RF sources nearby. This baseline tells you what normal looks like in your area. Cell towers, Wi-Fi routers, radio broadcasts, and power lines all produce readings. Without a baseline, you cannot distinguish an anomaly from background.
Then do a sweep at your target location. Move slowly. Walk the perimeter of the room or space. Point the meter in different directions. RF fields are directional. A reading that spikes when you face one wall and drops when you turn away suggests a source in that direction. Record the time of every spike. Note the peak value. Note how long it lasts. Note whether it correlates with anything you feel.
For spectrum analysis, set the span to cover the frequencies you care about. If you are looking for kitchen-range microwaves, set the center frequency to 2.45 gigahertz. If you are looking for millimeter waves, you need a different instrument. A continuous carrier that appears at the same frequency every time is a signal. A random spike that appears once and never again is noise.
Use the data logger function. Set the instruments to record at fixed intervals. One reading per second is usually sufficient. Let them run for hours. A single reading means nothing. A pattern of readings over days or weeks, with timestamps and locations, is a dataset.
You are not looking for proof of a weapon. You are looking for an anomaly. An anomaly is a reading that deviates from your baseline in a way that cannot be explained by ordinary sources. A sudden spike in RF at a frequency that does not match any known commercial transmitter. A continuous carrier that follows you from room to room. Document the absence of ordinary sources, not just the presence of an anomaly. You also cannot discharge a weapon with a meter. A detector detects. It does not jam, reflect, or disable. Blocking is not discharging. Do not confuse the two. Jamming is also illegal in most places and can interfere with emergency communications.
