That is a fact of LIFE but the president is attempting to address a human condition which is the catalyst of all criminal conduct and is a natural STATE of BEING of all homosapiens and that is ABSOLUTE CHAOS and that cannot be addressed through a military branch because all soldiers in every country are trained to do is KILL on ORDER so they ARE BASIC assassins acting on behalf of one State carrying out homicidal acts against another so if the President wishes to have an impact during his very brief time in power the only way to do so is to hire more POLICE officers by giving Fed grants to his 20K muni forces but what he is doing will have no effect! Even in California there are currently not one but two governments, one in Sacramento the other inside a Penal Colony and their president commands an Army THRICE the size of Sacramento based so the parallel government is already in power throughout USA but if you suck at Math you will never know that….
