Well, a prosecutor can easily find herself a defendant if she brought charges against a POWERFUL CRIMINAL! No shit! Think Batman and the City of Gotham! For example, if a Highway Cop in United States of America (Except California State..) tickets somebody who has close ties to a sitting Governor, he might as well quit! So… That stated….
