BUT, suffice to say that God of DNS propagation secured MULTIPLE DOMAIN EXTENSIONS to ensure this brand if mine is BULLETPROOF! I also ensured that not a single brand anywhere in the Wirld exists under my chosen name for this mega platform! Pressure tested name in 120 languages so very satisfied with my unique choice as far as branding goes… I even secured (redacted).store extension for merchandising — WHOA!

Federal registration requirements….
Before handling any transactions, my platform must complete federal registration….
Register with their FinCEN: Any business transferring money on behalf of the public is considered a Money Services Business (MSB) and must register with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) . This is done by filing FinCEN Form 107 through the BSA E-Filing System .
Renewal: This MSB registration must be renewed every two years .
Implement an AML Program: My platform will be required to establish and maintain a written Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program. This includes procedures for verifying customer identities (Know Your Customer or KYC shit, lotus digital paperwork but I can automate all this crap and write a cutting edge piece of my internal software to monitor their asses — WHOA!), reporting suspicious activity, and keeping records . A designated compliance officer must oversee this program so one asshole I gottuh put on payroll over this crap!
Meanwhile, I have been monitoring passage of laws in D.C. SWAMP so the GENIUS Act, passed in 2025, which creates a new federal framework for stablecoin issuers looks very $EXY to me because the way verbiage is structured means that this could eventually provide a path to a "single national payments license" for businesses using payment stablecoins, potentially reducing reliance on individual state licenses so my eyeballs are glued like flies on shit on this developing area of AmeriKanz REGULATORY MONKEY $HIT!
