All drone operations in U.S. airspace are regulated by their G-faggot “Federal Aviation Administration” cunts (FAA) and their restrictions include:
· Operations Over People and at Night: Generally prohibited without a special waiver.
· Visual Line of Sight (VLOS): Pilots must typically maintain unaided visual contact with the drone, unless granted a Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) waiver. The FAA is actively working on new rules to enable more routine BVLOS operations.
· Airspace Restrictions: Drones are generally prohibited from flying near airports and above 400 feet.
· Prohibition on Weaponization: Federal law and the policies of many states largely prohibit the weaponization of drones. Equipping a drone with weapons, such as firearms or explosives, is illegal for civilian and most law enforcement entities.
· Data and Privacy Laws: Several states have passed laws regulating drone surveillance. These can require warrants for surveillance by law enforcement, restrict the use of facial recognition technology on drones, and impose strict data retention policies, such as requiring the destruction of non-evidentiary data within 30 days.
But my drones and software have no restrictions of any kind so I leave that up to global customers because I will migrate this into my advanced surveillance concept which will involve moving beyond a single drone to a whole integrated system compatible for package deliveries, military specifications in battlefield against enemies whoever they be at the time (Lol!) “INCLUDING” integrating autonomous micro-drones with existing CCTV networks some of which the Ai monitoring component I already finished developing after engineering it all from scratch so there will be my AI-powered CCTV cameras which will act as the initial trigger, using computer vision to detect a potential threat (like a weapon) with wide gamut of human limbic movement recognitions and upon detection my system will automatically deploy a nearby drone from its docking station to provide a mobile, aerial perspective and track the subject in real-time and end user notified via app to monitor in real time as my drone/s and CCTV cameras will work together, sharing data to provide continuous coverage and enhanced situational awareness to security monkey fucks, etc…
