Why have I been following this case for SOO LONG?
To make sure they never see the light of day EVER AGAIN!
For this post, I will abstain from ALL SATIRE, there will be no jokes, humor, in the slightest due to heinous nature of this crime…
Thoughts are my own, this is “Puro” personal take and I am NOT siding with any government so eat shit if you think mistakenly I crossed that line… Of course. This is a complex and highly controversial AmeriKKKan Criminal Justice case of two of their own citizens (not us…) that sits at the intersection of brutal crime, legal defense strategy, and their evolving American California state law at time of a 34 time convicted felon ascending to Presidency which is the only JOKE in this post! Here is my analysis of why these two American natural born killers Lyle and Erik Menendez should not be paroled and my satire FREE dissection of their relevant California state laws and parole process which I analyzed too to bottom chef to cook so I could understand how these two bastards can game the system to be set free and on my end, how to stop them from pulling it off…
My argument against parole for the Menendez brothers rests on several pillars so read on as I dropped all satire just for this post: I will delve into nature of their heinous crime as an impartial non American,will laser focus on their behavior afterward, their evolving justification for the murders, and a fundamental question of justice which transcends all our differences regardless of where they and us were born…
I’ll start with “The Extreme Brutality and Premeditation of the Crime:” The murders of Jose and Kitty Menendez were not crimes of passion in the heat of the moment. They were executions in my book nothing less than Siccario Mafia Style WHACKING! Weapon of Choice? They used 12-gauge shotguns, weapons designed to inflict massive, devastating damage.
Execution-Style? Jose was shot point-blank in the back of the head while he was watching television. He was then shot multiple times as he lay on the floor. Kitty was shot as she ran toward the room. She was shot multiple times on the ground, including a final shot to the back of the head at close range ("coup de grâce"). Quantity of firepower? The brothers fired a total of 15 shotgun shells, indicating a sustained and determined attack so how the fuck was this a self defense argument is beyond my scope of understanding! This level of overkill demonstrates a profound rage and intent to ensure their parents were dead, far beyond what would be necessary to simply "stop a threat” so in my book THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF IMMINENT THREAT FROM EITHER OF THE SLAIN PARENTS! The motive then?Greed and Freedom, Not Self-Defense! While their high priced defense successfully introduced evidence of long-term sexual abuse to create reasonable doubt in the second trial (that’s what expert lawyers do by the way, RAISE THAT FUCKIN DOUBT to see their clients walk free…) it does not fully explain the motive or justify any parole board's finding of "diminished culpability." Immediate financial gain? Fuck yeah! Within days of the murders, the brothers went on a massive spending spree, purchasing Rolex watches, a restaurant if I am not mistaking, and expensive cars using their father's money…. lawyers mindfucked jurors unfortunately… Second trial (1996) The judge, Stanley Weisberg, made a crucial ruling that changed the game however… He disallowed the prosecution's theory of motive that the brothers killed for inheritance which I could see his reasoning behind this decision… This left the jury with only the abuse evidence as the primary lens through which to view the killings however so Siccario murderer bro’s were convicted of first-degree murder for both parents and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, no death sentence unfortunately…

SB 260 & SB 261 (2013-2015) these laws extended re-sentencing and youth offender parole hearings to individuals under 26 at the time of their crime recognizing the science of brain development which shows that cognitive maturity, particularly impulse control and risk assessment, is not fully developed until the mid-20’s so SB 394 (2017) & Prop 57 (2016)
