My challenge would be that most have historically supported Musk I’d have to present the case if a Ketamine addict to convince them that Musk’s leadership (e.g., distracted focus, drug induced erratic tweets, legal risks, BYD competition threats) directly threatens their long-term value and stock hold… Ho’d I go bout it? Publish white papers detailing governance failures, operational risks under Musk, and valuation upside with professional leadership. Then I would completely “Overhaul the Board of Directors” as even his cock sucker brother is a pawn sittin on it! Problem? Tesla’s board is widely seen as loyal to Musk (e.g., Kimbal Musk, Ira Ehrenpreis). So my strategy? Proxy fight! Then I’d litigate “Super-Votes” as I argue dual-class structure is "unfair" under Delaware law (long-shot). Then I’d launch a massive public & market pressure campaign leveraging Media to fuel narratives about Tesla’s "leadership risk" and Musk’s drug addiction, drug use and divisiveness hurting brand value. Then I would gauge internal TESLA Employee TEMP’S and leak all internal dissent over Musk’s priorities (e.g., robotaxi vs. affordable EVs) while simultaneously grassroots movement and rally customers to mobilize EV enthusiasts frustrated by Musk’s DOGE pro fascist Trump polarizing persona.
