How is my site going to change anything?
I am going to bulldoze their current MLS system in USA for example, and allow listings to have all vehicles seller wants to part with and all household goods so buying and selling is a breeze! My Proprietary MLS will be available for integration via my premium API’s which of course is PAID ONLY!
But, there are caveats herein this portal I engineered from SCRATCH, that will differ — with exception of USA and EU and here is “WHY” despite the fact that I already engineered the backbone of it in the Blockchain… Deploying blockchain-based version of my proprietary MLS is technically feasible and potentially transformative, but would face profound American regulatory and adoption hurdles that make it extremely difficult to launch as a proprietary system from scratch today… The core opportunity lies in my proprietary MLS blockchain's ability to solve legacy MLS problems—data silos, opacity, and inefficiency—but realizing that potential requires navigating a complex legal landscape and convincing a conservative American industry to change. My MLS version in the blockchain can automatically executes offers, escrow, and commission payouts once conditions are met, cutting transaction times from 30–60 days to potentially days — WHOA! Badass MLS overhaul! And… Once a listing is on my MLS blockchain, its history of price changes and status updates is permanently recorded, preventing disputes over inaccuracies…. It is also “Tokenization Capable!” Seamlessly creates fractional ownership, dramatically lowering investment minimums and increasing liquidity for high-value assets…. It also unifies listings across regions Globally, creating a single source of truth that overcomes today's fragmented and often inaccessible local databases and even sitting governments bypassing whoever is in power to facilitate real estate transactions and not even Trump can stop it! So I can roll this out with a single stroke on my keyboard bypassing all governments on Earth and their Banking reg’s but.. 1. I Design in Photoshop
My Structure: Create artboards for each screen, use folders (Groups) for UI elements (buttons, inputs, modals), and apply Layer Styles for effects (shadows, gradients). This entire site is a web based app actually..
My Output: I then export assets (all my icons, images) as optimized PNG’s, SVG’s, or @2x/@3x for retina displays…
2. Front-End Translation (My Bridge)
Extract specs: I use Photoshop's measurement tools to get dimensions, spacing, font sizes, and hex colors (or I use plugins like Zeplin to auto-generate CSS).
My Code UI: I convert my static design into interactive HTML/CSS/JS (or a framework like React/Vue)…
3. My Integration with my PROPRIETARY “Backend Software”
My Connect logic: I replace my placeholder text/data with dynamic content fetched from the backend via my API calls (REST/GraphQL)….
Bind interactions: I then add event listeners (e.g., onClick) that call backend endpoints for actions (login, save, load data).
Handle state: I use the backend to manage authentication, database operations, and server-side validation…
In a nutshell, in Photoshop I create the visual blueprint while my front-end code makes it interactive and my back-end software provides the data and server-side logic. I made this clear so even idiots can understand!

These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and applications offered by AiDealKing.com (the “Service” or “Platform”). The Service is designed to facilitate real estate-related tasks, including the creation, delivery, and electronic execution of agreements.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the Service, creating an account, or clicking a button indicating your acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Definitions
Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in the body of these Terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

“Agreement” These Terms of Use, including all exhibits, schedules, and policies incorporated by reference (e.g., Privacy Policy).
“Communications” Any agreements, disclosures, notices, or other information we are required to provide to you in writing in connection with the Service, including electronically signed records.
“Customer” The individual or entity registering for or using the Service.
“eDocuments” Electronic records, documents, agreements, or instruments created, stored, or transmitted through the Service.
“Electronic Signature” An electronic sound, symbol, or process attached to or logically associated with an eDocument and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign.
“ESIGN Act” The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.).
“UETA” The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as adopted by the applicable state.
“Service” The AiDealKing.com website, mobile applications, e-signature functionality, document storage, and all related tools.
“User Materials” Any content, data, text, photos, listings, or other information uploaded to the Service by a user.
2. Our Role and Scope of Service
AiDealKing.com provides a technology platform that enables users to find real estate information, create documents, and electronically sign agreements. We are not a real estate broker, agent, legal service provider, or financial advisor.
The Service may include the ability to generate or store eDocuments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AiDealKing.com acts solely as a passive conduit for your data and a provider of tools to be used at your own professional discretion. We do not review, verify, or guarantee the legal sufficiency, accuracy, or completeness of any eDocuments generated through the Service.
The Service is intended for consumer and professional use, but we reserve the right to restrict certain features based on jurisdiction or applicable law.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
To register, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent that (a) you have not been previously suspended from the Service; (b) your registration complies with all laws; and (c) you will maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Electronic Signature Consent and Consumer Disclosures (ESIGN Consent)
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This Section applies to all users who execute, receive, or store electronic records through the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you are providing your affirmative consent to conduct transactions electronically and to use electronic signatures as described below.

If you withdraw, we may, at our option, either (i) terminate your account or (ii) continue providing the Service in paper form, which may result in additional fees and delays. Withdrawal will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of any eDocuments signed prior to the effective date of withdrawal.
D. Hardware and Software Requirements. To access and retain electronic Communications, you must have:
· A computer or mobile device with internet access;
· A supported web browser (most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge);
· Software capable of viewing PDF files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader);
· A valid email address; and
· Sufficient electronic storage capacity or the ability to print documents.
You agree that your continued use of the Service confirms that you have the ability to access, view, and retain electronic Communications.
E. How to Update Your Information. You must keep us informed of any change in your email address or other contact information. Updates can be made through your account settings or by contacting us at [support@aidealking.com]. Any electronic Communication sent to your last-provided email address will be deemed received by you within three (3) hours of sending.
F. Legal Effect of Electronic Signatures. Under the ESIGN Act and UETA, an electronic signature shall not be denied legal effect, validity, or enforceability solely because it is in electronic form. By using the Service, you agree that your electronic signature (including but not limited to clicking an “I Agree,” “Sign,” or “Submit” button) is the legal equivalent of your manual, handwritten signature for all purposes. You further agree that you will not contest the validity or enforceability of any eDocument signed through the Service on the grounds that it was electronically signed.
G. Audit Trail and Record Retention. AiDealKing.com maintains a secure audit trail for all eDocuments processed through the Service, capturing the date, time, IP address, and other identifying information associated with each signature event. You agree that this audit trail may be used as evidence in any proceeding to establish the authenticity and integrity of the signed eDocument. You are encouraged to download and retain copies of all eDocuments for your own records; however, we will retain copies of your eDocuments for a period of [seven (7) years] from the date of last activity, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Data Privacy Rights and Your Choices
This Section applies to all users of the Service and supplements the information contained in our [Privacy Policy]. It describes how you may access, correct, or delete your personal data and explains your specific rights under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CCPA/CPRA) , the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) .

5.3. Self-Service Account Termination and Data Deletion (For EU/EEA/UK Users)
AiDealKing.com provides a self-service method for you to permanently delete your personal data by terminating your account. No separate request is required. Once you complete the steps below, your account will be deactivated immediately, and your personal data will be scheduled for permanent erasure without undue delay.
To terminate your account and delete your data:
1. Log into your AiDealKing.com account;
2. Navigate to Account Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account;
3. Read the confirmation message, which will inform you of the consequences of deletion (including permanent loss of access to your data, listings, documents, and transaction history);
4. Confirm your choice by re-entering your password or completing multi-factor authentication (if enabled);
5. Click "Permanently Delete Account" .
Once you confirm deletion:
· Your account will be deactivated immediately, and you will be logged out of all active sessions;
· Your personal data will be scheduled for permanent erasure without undue delay (generally within thirty (30) days, unless a longer retention period is required by law);
· Your eDocuments may be anonymized or retained in compliance with applicable legal retention requirements (see Section 5.6 below).
Important Note Regarding EU and UK Users: If you are located in the EEA or the UK and you terminate your account using the self-service method described above, you do not need to submit a separate GDPR erasure request. The account termination process automatically triggers the erasure of your personal data as described herein. We will not charge a fee for exercising your right to erasure, unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
5.4. CCPA/CPRA Rights for California Residents
If you are a resident of California, you have the following rights under the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018) as amended by the CPRA (California Privacy Rights Act of 2022) :

5.7. International Data Transfers
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) , the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries outside your jurisdiction. When we transfer your personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards, including:
· Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission; or
· UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum to the SCCs; or
· Transfers to countries that have received an adequacy decision from the European Commission or UK Government.

6. Use of the Service; License

7. User Materials
You retain ownership of any User Materials you upload. However, by uploading User Materials, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such User Materials in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Materials do not infringe any third-party rights.

AiDealKing.com does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for such third-party services. Your use of a third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service’s terms and privacy policy.
9. Fees and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. If you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may change fees for any feature of the Service upon thirty (30) days’ advance notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Service (excluding User Materials) are owned by AiDealKing.com or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including, but not limited to, indemnification, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability) shall survive.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AND EDOCUMENTS PROVIDED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIDEALKING.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. My Code UI: I convert my static design into interactive HTML/CSS/JS (or a framework like React/Vue)…
3. My Integration with my PROPRIETARY “Backend Software”
My Connect logic: I replace my placeholder text/data with dynamic content fetched from the backend via my API calls (REST/GraphQL)….
Bind interactions: I then add event listeners (e.g., onClick) that call backend endpoints for actions (login, save, load data).
Handle state: I use the backend to manage authentication, database operations, and server-side validation…

AiDealKing.com provides a technology platform that enables users to find real estate information, create documents, and electronically sign agreements. We are not a real estate broker, agent, legal service provider, or financial advisor.
The Service may include the ability to generate or store eDocuments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AiDealKing.com acts solely as a passive conduit for your data and a provider of tools to be used at your own professional discretion. We do not review, verify, or guarantee the legal sufficiency, accuracy, or completeness of any eDocuments generated through the Service.
The Service is intended for consumer and professional use, but we reserve the right to restrict certain features based on jurisdiction or applicable law.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
To register, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent that (a) you have not been previously suspended from the Service; (b) your registration complies with all laws; and (c) you will maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

D. Hardware and Software Requirements. To access and retain electronic Communications, you must have:

· A supported web browser (most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge);
· Software capable of viewing PDF files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader);
· A valid email address; and
· Sufficient electronic storage capacity or the ability to print documents.
You agree that your continued use of the Service confirms that you have the ability to access, view, and retain electronic Communications.
E. How to Update Your Information. You must keep us informed of any change in your email address or other contact information. Updates can be made through your account settings or by contacting us at [support@aidealking.com]. Any electronic Communication sent to your last-provided email address will be deemed received by you within three (3) hours of sending.
F. Legal Effect of Electronic Signatures. Under the ESIGN Act and UETA, an electronic signature shall not be denied legal effect, validity, or enforceability solely because it is in electronic form. By using the Service, you agree that your electronic signature (including but not limited to clicking an “I Agree,” “Sign,” or “Submit” button) is the legal equivalent of your manual, handwritten signature for all purposes. You further agree that you will not contest the validity or enforceability of any eDocument signed through the Service on the grounds that it was electronically signed.
G. Audit Trail and Record Retention. AiDealKing.com maintains a secure audit trail for all eDocuments processed through the Service, capturing the date, time, IP address, and other identifying information associated with each signature event. You agree that this audit trail may be used as evidence in any proceeding to establish the authenticity and integrity of the signed eDocument. You are encouraged to download and retain copies of all eDocuments for your own records; however, we will retain copies of your eDocuments for a period of [seven (7) years] from the date of last activity, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Data Privacy Rights and Your Choices
This Section applies to all users of the Service and supplements the information contained in our [Privacy Policy]. 2. Navigate to Account Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account;
3. Read the confirmation message, which will inform you of the consequences of deletion (including permanent loss of access to your data, listings, documents, and transaction history);
4. Confirm your choice by re-entering your password or completing multi-factor authentication (if enabled);
5. Click "Permanently Delete Account" .
Once you confirm deletion:
· Your account will be deactivated immediately, and you will be logged out of all active sessions;
· Your personal data will be scheduled for permanent erasure without undue delay (generally within thirty (30) days, unless a longer retention period is required by law);
· Your eDocuments may be anonymized or retained in compliance with applicable legal retention requirements (see Section 5.6 below).
Important Note Regarding EU and UK Users: If you are located in the EEA or the UK and you terminate your account using the self-service method described above, you do not need to submit a separate GDPR erasure request. The account termination process automatically triggers the erasure of your personal data as described herein. We will not charge a fee for exercising your right to erasure, unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
