I never fly commercial anywhere where landing will take place at any American Airport, and that for legit reasons but let’s go over basics of “Runway FUCKIN Safety” and “Airport Surface Operations” to help stupid micromanagement clowns of USA prevent future “Runway Incursions” cause no pilot deserves to die after landing!
Well, I just glanced at Americano Brady Bunch Reg’s of FAAAAAAAAA (How many “A’s” in this biatch suppose to be?) and according to their FAA's own definitions and operating procedures outlined in their FAA Order JO 7110.65 (Air Traffic Control), this incident represents a failure at multiple levels of their safety matrix, so I will take it upon myself to dig in but abstain from shoving my verbal foot up their filthy fuckin asses and I’ll START with definition of the event:
A "Runway Incursion"
In FAA lingo, this event is classified as a Runway Incursion. The FAA defines this as "any occurrence at an aerodrome involving the incorrect presence of an aircraft, vehicle, or person on the protected area of a surface designated for the landing and take-off of aircraft,” crystal clear on this matter, right? Well… Nit to stupid fucks controlling La Guardia surface operations… Augh nope, this one gets a “Queens Exemption!” Bananas for brains! And since I am the Godmof math and physics, not to worry, cause I. Bout 4/5 decades, HALF that fuckin airport WILL BE under several feet of water because it was built on a former garbage dump! Yes, as insane as that sounds, only dumb New York G-fag trash could have done something as stupid as THAT and yes, when I anakyze, I even include future land subsidence and sea level rise equation models but, fuck all that, lemme get back to this runAWAY crash analysis of mine so I could jackhammer stupid fuck behind…
Specifically, this incident falls under Category "Operational Error" where air traffic control (ATC) actions (or inactions) created a collision course…. In this case, the controller who is a stupid dumb fuck — cleared a vehicle to cross an active runway while simultaneously (or immediately prior) clearing an aircraft to land on that same runway — soo fuckin RETARDED, duh! Worth a mention that the FAA places strict requirements on “Ground Control” versus “Local Control.” At the time of the incident, audio recordings I yanked and included in my audio/visual animation above, indicate that the fire truck (Truck 1) requested and received clearance: "Truck 1 and Company, cross 4 at Delta.”
The critical FAA violation I could ascertain, appears to be the failure to ensure "positive separation." How’s that?
Well, according to their Americano standard FAA protocol which I have on my hard drive here in FULL, a runway must be clear of vehicles and other aircraft before a landing clearance is issued. The controller issued a crossing clearance to the fire truck without ensuring the runway was—or would remain—clear for the arriving Air Canada flight. Furthermore; the FAA’s "See and Avoid" concept relies on all parties maintaining visual awareness… Lemme repeat this to ingrain it into your MIND; “MAINTAINING VISUAL AWARENESS…” However, in this scenario, the Emergency Vehicle (ARFF fuh’ short…) was likely operating under "emergency response expediency," but that still does not supersede ATC authority. The NTSB’s “preliminary analysis” of similar incidents (such as the 2025 DCA crash) highlights that "combined positions increased controller workload" and reduced "situation awareness.” Reports I glanced ant indicate that the LaGuardia controller was managing a complex situation—a United Airlines emergency, ground movements, and an incoming aircraft on short finals—simultaneously which even a well trained novice could easily fuckin handle! When the controller realized the conflict, the transcript I analyzed shows desperate attempts to remedy his error: "Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop… Stop Truck 1, stop!” So he knew he screwed up! And he tried to undo but inside a blaring fire engine perhaps they couldn’t hear him? Or thought they’d make it? Or didn’t see Canadian Jet landing perpendicular to their fire engine? Or were in Jet’s path already and it was too late to avoid collision directly?
This frantic reversal indicates that the controller recognized a "loss of separation" too late to prevent the collision. Furthermore; datasets I analyzed for this post just to fuck with stupid fucks, their FAA internal safety reports and even their congressional testimony which points to their issues of "chronic understaffing." As a matter of fact, I even retrieved alerts from their “National Air Traffic Controllers Association” (Americano NATCA), which states that their controllers often work "six days a week, ten hours a day," and facilities are "chronically understaffed" and if so, perhaps this idiots was sleepy and not directing anyone coherently?
At the time of the crash it is believed a single controller was working both the Approach (airborne aircraft) and Ground (vehicle/aircraft on taxiways) positions. In their FAA safety analysis, "combining positions" is a known risk factor that degrades situational awareness making it more likely for a controller to clear a vehicle onto a runway while focused on an arriving aircraft. I have no cognitive deficiencies and kill at multi tasking cause I can handle 777 simultaneously, but not all have cognitive Lamborghini so to each their own!
To be fair, I Analyzed this tragic event through the lens of FAA safety protocols and it reveals the following failures:
FAA Order JO 7110.65 (ATC Procedures): The controller failed to ensure the runway was clear of vehicles before issuing or maintaining a landing clearance…
Runway Incursion Mitigation: Their Americano "Sterile Runway" rule was violated when a vehicle was permitted to enter an active runway during active landing operations without a time-critical separation window. Right there you have a reason to hang this controller by his fuckin worthless balls!
