Stateless Warriors Findings; The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (professional ass-coverers for these clowns) claims officers showed up for a shoplifting call, two women and a kid tried to leave in a car, and the driver “drove in the direction of the officers, almost striking one.” So Officer Foster, following the Senatobia PD’s own fucking idiotic police code, decided the correct response was to blast rounds into an occupied moving vehicle. One-year-old Kohen Wiley took a bullet and died…. Mom says the officers were all parked on the right side while the car was simply driving left to escape. Not aimed at anyone. Just trying to get the fuck out of there after some diapers. But hey — per these geniuses’ own policy code (the one clearly written by complete morons), you don’t actually need to be fired upon.
