AmeriKan Musician D4vd (David Burke, 21) has been formally charged by the LA County DA in the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Invitation & Last Sighting: On April 23, 2025, Burke invited the victim to his Hollywood Hills home, the last time she was seen alive… Sexual Relationship: He allegedly engaged in "repeated lewd and lascivious sexual relations" with her when she was under 14, spanning from September 2023 to September 2024… if true he is a bona fide Pedophile… Murder: The DA alleges Burke killed Celeste with a "deadly and dangerous weapon, a sharp instrument" when she threatened to expose his conduct and ruin his career…. Bona fide motive… Mutilation & Disposal: He then allegedly dismembered her body, placed the remains in two bags, and hid them in the front trunk (frunk) of his Tesla… Discovery: On September 8, 2025, the car was towed from a Hollywood Hills street to an impound lot, where workers reported a foul odor and found the remains… Current Status? As of this POST; Burke has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and the court has denied bail. Que Paso? I think with any publicly known person they band over backwards to ensure they have enough factual evidence so their whole American MuniPARTMENT don’t look like circus Clowns.
