Are American and Israeli strikes against Iran legal? Under international humanitarian law which I poured over with a fine tooth comb, attacks must distinguish between military objectives and civilian infrastructure…. Recent American airstrikes have reportedly hit power plants, bridges, a train station, and even a petrochemical facility inside Iran… Huh? While the US may claim these sites support Iran’s military logistics, under clearly defined International laws on warfare on the books, such widespread targeting of civilian-essential systems violates the Geneva Conventions, so.. Does Trump want Interpol to out a Red ALERT on this stupid ass after he leaves office so he could stand trial at Hague? What this fuckin senile old stupid American Grandpuh thinking? Even more concerning to me are reported strikes near Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant because deliberate attacks on nuclear facilities could cause radioactive contamination, constituting a war crime “again and again!” Whether or not one accepts Washington’s justifications, the pattern raises serious legal red flags that even neutral parties like myself cannot ignore. Today, on April 7th, American senile old grumpy fuck President Trump posted a statement that sent shockwaves through the World: “If a deal is not reached, a whole civilization will die tonight – never to be brought back again.” And he followed this with threats to “decimate” bridges and “destroy all power plants.” From a neutral standpoint — to me, this language is not merely hyperbolic – it is strategically dangerous because threatening the extinction of an “entire civilization” moves beyond normal military deterrence into Hitler’s Fascist territory of “genocidal rhetoric.” Whether he intended literally or as a bargaining tactic, such words eliminate room for peaceful de-escalation… How many cops do you know out of 20,000 Police Departments throughout USA have orders to shoot upon officers arrival at domestic squabble’s — after they pick their FAVorite? Even SWAT negotiators manual direct the SWAT negotiator to address the subject by first name and then state “I am NOT your enemy!” But World Cop Trump? Next he might wannuh NUKE nations who oppose him… Even his own Republican lawmakers expressed unease about his threats! And Pope Leo called threats against Iran’s population “unacceptable.” The global chorus of condemnation is unusually broad – a sign that the White House has crossed a rhetorical line that most nations, regardless of their stance on Iran, recognize as perilous and I count agree more! My neutral analysis suggests three reasons this conflict just as Imoredicted — will continue to intensify: 1. Public ultimatums force both sides into corners. When American idiot for a president declares a “final” deadline or names a day “Power Plant Day,” backing down becomes politically impossible for both Washington and Tehran. Each side must now appear resolute, feeding a cycle of retaliation… 2. Dehumanizing language invites reciprocal outrage and while I enjoy making use of it on this satire site of mine, it has no place in Global Pokitickin. By framing Iranians as a “civilization” to be extinguished, the US cocksucker president has handed hardliners in Tehran a powerful recruitment tool! Iran’s leaders can now frame any further strike as defense of national survival, making compromise look like surrender… 3. Stupid fuck Trump’s contradictory signals create dangerous miscalculation. The same administration that threatens annihilation also claims to seek a deal…. This incoherence raises the risk that one side will misinterpret the other’s red lines – leading to an unintended full-scale war, potentially involving Iran’s nuclear facilities….
